Kevin has more than 20 years experience at British Telecom (BT) going through different positions, Head of Communication strategy for UK regions among them. At present he is a Communication consultant at the IT division of BT (BT's, 21CN Systems programme). His qualifications include communication psychology, neuro-linguistic programming, organizational change management, innovation thinking. He is a trusted couch of top executives, has a proven record of finding the right approach in difficult organizational situations and developing successful communication strategies.

Kevin combines communication consulting and organizational change management with teaching. He is lecturing on the Advanced Certificate Programme of public relations and Diploma in public relations of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations in London and in the accredited center in Sofia – Apeiron Communication.
