One third of Bulgarian employees believe they don't have sufficient information about their company's performance

Approximately one third of Bulgarian employees believe they don’t have sufficient information about their company’s performance. The tendency was shown by a recent national research made by Alfa Research agency for the purposes of Apeiron Communication. The opinion poll was conducted in August 2008.

In October 2007 a similar study showed that only 36 per cent of the respondents believed they were well informed about organisational transformations. This fact is indicative of the growing importance which the internal communication offices have had in Bulgarian companies since October 2008. Despite the positive trends, Bulgarian firms and their staff are still relying on traditional communication channels, such as personal meetings with line managers or colleagues.
