Third International Conference 'Successful Communications Start from Within' 2009

The third edition of the conference SUCCESSFUL COMMUNICATIONS START FROM WITHIN 2009, organized by Apeiron Academy, will be held in September 2009.

The main topic in the programme of the third conference for internal communications will be Internal communcations in time of crisis.

The programme again will seek balance between theory and case studies, which illustrate its applicability and efficiency, assisting communication specialists to become better internal consultants to their managers in times of internal crisis, organizational change, when it comes to employee motivation and retention.

Economic crisis and internal communications

"Åconomic crisis and internal communications" is the topic of the research that Apeiron Communication started at the end of April this year. The participants are internal communication specialists working in Bulgarian companies – big taxpayers and insurers, according to the classification of NRA (National Revenue Agency).

The main purpose of the survey is to identify the relation between the extent to which the company is affected by the economic crisis and the changes in its internal communications practices.
