Engage for Change – the First Apeiron Academy Masterclass for
Internal Communication in Bulgaria

Apeiron Academy will lead first Masterclass in the field of internal communication in Bulgaria "Engage for Change" on 13 and 14 of October.

In the planned two-day training theory will not have any big role – the masterclass is made to be practical and interactive. The main topic will be Change management and the additional themes will include stategic internal communications, planning of successful campaign, leader qualities and other.

Masterclass leaders will be the skilled specialists, each of it with over 20 years experience in the field of internal communications, change management and two-way communications, Kevin Ruck and Hamish Haynes from the UK.

The participants in the Masterclass will work and discuss with each other and the masterclass leaders real situations and problems from the business practice.

The programme for the masterclass for is designed on lecture, group work, feedback and individual training and practice tasks.

Engage to Change masterclass is the brand new project of Apeiron Academy in the field of Internal Communication, which will take its place along with the annual conferences and the consecutive efforts for development of Internal Communicator Club – projects that are designed with the idea to help the development of specialists in the field of iInternal Communications and HR.
